Joanne's life turned upside down

Just four days after giving birth to her son, Joanne Ward had a heart attack.

She's now undergoing tests to see whether she should have a heart transplant.

Joanne, who was aged just 30 when she suffered her
heart attack, says: "I was in complete agony, with pains in my
back, down each arm and in my jaw."

She still has to deal with angina, breathlessness and palpitations too. Her life was - and still is - "turned upside down".

There's is a silver lining though. Her diet has improved and she says she's grateful for every day she now has.
