Experience the beauty of rural France on this fantastic coast to coast bike ride through sleepy villages and scenic countryside.

Some of those moments quietly going through the French countryside will live with me forever-unforgettable!

This challenging ride starts at Bordeaux on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean and follows the waterways of the Canal Lateral to reach the vibrant city of Toulouse, where the famous Canal du Midi begins.

En route along the Canal du Midi, there are amazing views across the Languedoc plains to the Montagne Noir foothills, before arriving in the old walled city of Carcassonne.

After four days cycling and covering a distance of more than 400km, this fantastic ride finishes in Narbonne Plage on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea.
