The Outlaw Triathlon
Taking place in Nottinghamshire,
this Ironman-distance has become a very popular event. It's
great for all sundry, seasoned triathletes or
complete novices.
The triathlon starts off at Holme Pierrepont Lake with
a 3.8km swim, followed by a cycle of 180km across a rolling course
that heads out through Nottinghamshire, and
concludes with a 42.2km run heading out along the River
Trent.

miles, Run 26.2 miles)
