3 steps for publicity success
1. Tell your friends, family and colleagues:
Email your contacts the date and time of your fundraising
activity, and ask them to bring their friends.
2. Display posters: Promote your activity
with a downloadable event
poster.
3. Use the BHF Supporter Logo: Highlight the
cause that you're supporting by featuring the BHF supporter
logo on your tickets, posters, flyers (please check out
the guidelines
too).

Make your money go further
Gift Aid increases the value of the money
you've raised, with no extra cost to you. If supporters are UK tax
payers, each £1 donated is boosted by an extra 25p
in reclaimed tax. Ask your friends to sign up to Gift Aid by
completing their full name and home
address and ticking the box on the sponsorship form in
your fundraising pack.

Pay in your money by card securely and
easily
online.
Send a cheque, made
payable to 'British Heart Foundation' and post to: British Heart
Foundation, The Willows, Ransom Wood Business Park, Southwell Road
West, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG21 0HJ.
Or use the freepost envelope included with your fundraising kit.
Don’t forget to include the slip from your
cover letter in this pack. If you can't find it,
please include a note with the full name and
address of the person who ordered the kit.
