Couple take the leap of love
Jessica Lee from Essex celebrated Leap Day in style by
publically proposing to her boyfriend Christian Bailey on London’s
Piccadilly Lights, after winning our competition.
Traditionally women can only propose to their partners on a Leap
Year and Jessica’s risk paid off with Christian accepting her hand
in marriage.
