we've transformed the quality of care available to nearly

Our aims
We are committed to improving the
quality of care available to patients, and aim
to respond to any shortfalls in cardiac care services.
We hope to do this by developing better
patient care models and forging stronger partnerships with the
healthcare services.
Last year we invested over
£350,000 in professional development for our
healthcare professionals. This means patients and
their families can receive better education and support.
