Counselling
If you or someone you
know has health problems which are causing concern, impacting
on your lifestyle and affecting your relationships with friends and
family, it may be helpful to talk to a trained counsellor.
Talking about your concerns may help you feel more in control of
the situation.
You can speak to your GP who may be able to refer you to a
counsellor via the NHS. However, waiting lists can be quite long.
