National Wear Red Day

National Wear Red Day, on Friday 24 February, is when we encourage people across the UK to wear red and fundraise so that we can continue our lifesaving work. In previous years our supporters have held wear red days at their workplace, at school and at mother and baby mornings as well as many others. Rachel Stevens launched National Wear Red Day for us this year.

Photography competition

2012 hosts our third annual Red for Heart digital photography competition. There were three categories, adult, junior and student.

The BEAT code

One in three men and women die from heart disease in the UK each year. More can be done to beat heart disease and one of those ways is following the BEAT code which provides simple steps to follow for a healthier heart.
