Donation this September, the UK’s biggest stock donation
appeal and help fight heart and circulatory disease, the UK’s
biggest killer.
Every year, heart and circulatory disease claims around 200,000
lives. The British Heart Foundation is the nation’s heart
charity, dedicated to heart health and helping people spend longer
with their loved ones.
But we urgently need your help. Your unwanted items raise vital
funds to support our life-saving work. Donate today and help us

Get involved
There are a number of ways you get involved, so join in and help
save lives!
- Organise your own fun BIG Donation event at work or college in
September and encourage colleagues and friends to donate their
unwanted items. Register for your free kit today by calling
01372 477399 – the kit contains
everything you need to know about The BIG Donation and a
step-by-step guide to help you start planning your event!
- Clear out your wardrobes and fill up a bag with good quality
unwanted clothing, shoes, accessories, books, CDs and DVDs and drop
them off at your nearest BHF shop, clothing or book bank. Look out
for special BIG Donation bags available in BHF shops or delivered
to your home from mid-August.
- Give unwanted furniture or electrical items a new home by
calling any of our 80 F&E stores for a FREE collection.
- Take your donations to a designated BIG Donation drop point
across the UK including our Furniture and Electrical stores, and
corporate partners Homebase, and Argos stores.
- Become a BIG Donation Champion with your street, friends and
family. We’ll send you everything you need to help spread the word
in your neighbourhood!

whose child has just been diagnosed with congenital heart
disease.
